Gratitude!

This entire month has been a celebration for us. We are celebrating ONE YEAR in business and the theme has been gratitude. There are so many things to be grateful for..and we have been sharing our gratitude with giveaways and lots of posts. We just can't contain how happy we are to have made it this far.

So much has happened in the past year. We started with one treatment room, and now have two. We have added a new platfrom - Slimwave - to our services and will be upgrading our radiofrequency platfrom to InMode! We are also getting a new cryolipolysis platfrom, which should be here by the end of next week. As we continue to grow and expand our services, there will be other changes coming with all of that. We will be changing our business name to better reflect what we do, which is so much more than body sculpting.

Also, we want to celebrate our clients. Without YOU, the client, we wouldn't be as successful as we have been. You have shared little pieces of your life with us, have shared your successes and failures, have opened up to us, taught us, helped us understand you and your needs better, allowed us to be authentic, shared mutual frustrations, hopes, life events, and even brought food in for us! (We honestly can't thank you enough for feeding us!) So many stories, so many laughs and interesting conversations, so many open, honest and insightful exchanges..this is what we love. You are the reason we get out of bed every morning and stay up late every night, answer phone calls on Sundays, and respond to emails, messages and texts. Especially texts like "would you like a coffee?" Those are my favourite texts! We honestly believe that what we do is so much more than offer a service. We feel as if we have made so many new friends and share so much in common, and we are celebrating that, and are forever grateful for that.

I, personally, have grown so much in the past year. When I started this business it was because of the shared frustration we all have about our bodies, and body image, and felt that helping others would be more than just a "job". This is where I am most grateful. I hoped for success, but measured it by numbers and financial health of my business, but those things just don't mean as much to me anymore as helping others achieve goals. Whatever their goals may be, body image or otherwise. It has been a most amazing year, and I'm looking forward to what the next year will bring. More growth, more services, more stories, more food (yes..love food lol), more connections, more learning and striving to be the best human being I can be. And I have YOU to thank for all of the wonderful experiences I've had so far.

So filled with gratitude that I think I'm going to burst!!!

Remeber, beYOUtiful!
